When Jamie's Kitchen Australia wraps up tonight (7.30pm, Ten), the show will be far from over for its stars, the young Melburnians who let the cameras follow them for 12 weeks that changed their lives. Two of the trainees, Chase, 21, and Vanessa, 20, who both quit school in year 10, are now contemplating opportunities as chefs.
